Odds and Ends!

Today one of Ryan's jobs was to run the wires to the can lights that were installed on the front porch.
They also filled in the front porch with stone. In the next few weeks, the concrete will be poured.

These are the two small cans (50 watt) that David put on the outside of the french doors. They will help to iluminate the back porch entrance. The cans are uniquely tucked up into the soffit of the house and will add even more character to the house.

If you have even wondered how many feet of wire are in your house, here's a bit of trivia for you on Dad and Di's house. David has currently installed 5,000 feet of electrical wire in the house! Here are two electrical boxes for the light switches to the kitchen, dining area and livingroom.
